I love Nora Roberts. But I put off reading this one for a while because I so hated the way the first book of the series ended. I should have just never bothered. Unfortunately, I was much more interested in the adults and stories in New Hope (10% of the story) than I was in super speshul Mary Sue Fallon and her ceaseless chanting (the other 90%).
