I'm not sure I understand the world-building in this book, but these are two great protagonists falling in love in the funniest sit-com I've read in a long time.

To begin with, they knew each other in high school, when she was a geek who had a huge crush on him. Fast forward more than a decade, and she is a hot, savvy, successful businesswoman. Things felt a little drawn out in this book. I love all the characters, they are so entertaining. Smithy was a sweetheart who you don't wanna get on the wrong side of. jess and her Wild-dog pack are great I love their high energy. We got to see a second or two of Sara from The Magnus Pack, with her reputation of insanity.. And Zach catching her midair whilst holding a conversation on his cell phone so she can't rip someone's face off. I love that woman.

I love the wild dogs. They are such fun characters. The story was good. A little too many sex scenes. The prose was a bit off. Those sentences listing everyone who was there were just confusing and clunky, but it was a good read and got me laughing.
