Boooooooooooooorrrrrrrriiiiing.
I probably wrote this before, but I'll write it again.
When your supporting characters are more interesting than the main ones, you have a slight problem.
I am usually very favourable towards the Lords of the Underworld series, but this book came way to close to "same sht, different day" for me.
I expected more. More from Sabin; More from Gwen (even though the fact that she is a harpy was kind of interesting for a minute.... then that passed); More from Nix who receiv ...more

It took a minute for me to get back into the world (I read Book 3 in 2011) but it was off like a shot. The book opens with action and its pretty much nonstop throughout. I loved Sabin and Gwen. This book was ok, the story wasn't nearly as good as the previous books in the series. I like Sabin's character, thought so much more could have been done with him. Still really looking forward to hearing Paris' story.... not really interested in hearing Gideon's story, he kind of annoys me with the way he has to talk... anyways, its an ok read if you liked the other books in the series.

Would have given it a 5 star if the ending was better... I didn't expect to like Sabin as much as Reyes, but he came through!
