What Members Thought

Revisiting this book again this time on the audio book through libriVox. So far I still find it hard to understand. I want to relisten to it and then I have a bunch of copies of the movie to watch through both Netflix and in my personal dvd collection. 11/20/14

It was tough to rate this novel because I felt a little torn. On one hand, the building of the relationship between Elizabeth and Darcy was very interesting, but on the other hand the storyline itself seemed very slow at times. There was a lot of repressed feelings, mistaken beliefs, misinformed "prejudices" and certainly plenty of pride that was getting in people's way, but it still just seemed to plod along. It seemed to lack a certain amount of drama and intensity to keep the plot line moving
