Hello all! Starting up the monthly discussions for February 2018 book-of-the-month suggestions. This discussion is for the CLASSICS CATEGORY.

As a reminder, books that qualify for this category must have a publication date 1969 and before. If the book you wish to nominate was published in 1970 or after, please make your suggestion on the Modern Classics/Popular Reads thread.

Will start off by suggesting War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy.

Yes, looks like Watership Down has an original publish date of 1972 so should be in the other thread.

Haha, by that time books were getting little more then 10 votes each, or even less.
