First time read; July 2010: I just finished To Kill A Mockingbird, and I know that this story will stay with me. Harper Lee has such a marvelous way of telling the story through the eyes of Scout who is about 6 years old when the story begins. She honestly protrays how children perceive the world around them and see events so differently then adults do.

Why haven't I read this sooner? So beautifully written. I'm in love with the Finch family and can see why people want to or do name their sons "Atticus" :) I want to be just like him! Now it will be fun to watch the movie!
