This book had a lot of hype, and people introducing the book mentioned "female assassin", so nothing was going to stop the strong female protagonist lover in me from reading it, and I went in without so much as glancing over the synopsis. When I read the synopsis right before posting this, I snorted a little because it sounded way cooler than how the actual story was like. Loved it!
It was different than I expected, but in a good way.
I really loved the story line and the characters.
The world was so cool and I think Sarah J Maas did an amazing job with building it.
Really looking forward to read the next one!

And I'm glad I re-read this because oh boy a lot of the books I've read this month have been horrible especially the fantasy ones so going back to Celeana's world was very much welcomed and hey going back into Throne of Glass well hey I could re-live my Chaoleana ship again or the beginning of it again and heck I tried to take my time re-reading this well that didn't go as planned as I flew through last 200 pages in no time and it was a lot more fun ...more
