What Members Thought
Some people don't enjoy the second book as much as the first and third, but I think this one is amazing; I couldn't put it down. The action picks up so much and keeps the pace going until the conclusion in the third. Tolkien has a way of introducing characters (even the minor) so well that you think they're the most important people of the story; they're unforgettable (most of the minor characters are my favorites).
