Chuck Palahniuk's cult classic is an important book for many young-adults in the 90's and today. Fed up with corporate America and the monotony of 9-5 jobs, Palahniuk's Tyler Durden rebels against everything modern society stands for.

It is a powerful read, and Tyler is a god to many (both in the book and in real life) but I just can't look past his flaws. Tyler is an anti-hero in every sense of the word; I love Palahniuk's message and the plot itself was brilliant, but I just can't get past Tyl

4.5 stars.
I wish I had read this before any other Palahniuk book. Also, before I had watched the movie. I knew what was going to happen in the book because I’ve watched the movie so many times and this book is so similar to the movie. Still, very good and very enjoyable.
