The story of Anita Blake just goes on action and fast like volume 2. Again a corpse and again must find out Anita who is behind the hideous murder. The story is written full of suspense and also the dry humor of Anita does not keep waiting.
And, finally, one gets to know more about Jean-Claude which takes a more important role in this tape and also seems on occasion. It starts to crackle between Anita and Jean-Claude and his “ma petite” is just delightful.
