What Members Thought

Not as good as Eleanor and Park, but still enjoyable. I could have lived without the Simon story mixed in. I didn't really care about it. I am bummed that Rowell wrote a whole book on this. I was much more interested in Cath and her college life. Levi was a great character. Reagan was funny. Wren was ok, but other than the fact that she was Cath's twin, I didn't think she had much of a place. The story was definitely good enough to keep me reading Rowell though.

OKAY! I just got finished with this book and man am I still reeling from the book hangover! The starting was slow an gradual till it built up and up and too late when you looked around you were already trapped way deep with no chance of getting out and just when you couldn't get more of the book...it ended :( So I confess I was kinda bummed to realize there wasn't a climatic ending to this book.

A very cute book with a lot to love about it. I think I would've fallen in love with this book when I was a kid, but at this age, it was just pleasant, not terribly interesting and without a lot of action. While the characters are rich and well developed, the plot is lacking something meaningful. I was waiting for more of an ending, but I still would recommend it to young readers.

Hahaha don't even talk to me about this book. Fiction as time travel, I shouldn't be surprised that Rowell keeps doing that, but here we are.

I'm not sure what to say. I'm not a fan of the story within a story. I won't be reading it again but decided for yourself.
