Long overdue. I always assumed it was a little over hyped and it take a couple of chapters to really get into it. But my god I understand the hype now. It actually felt like the perfect book. Utterly convincing voice, perfectly drawn setting without being "literary". And I cried a couple of times. Atticus is a real hero.

I think this is a book everyone should read at least once, it's cliché but true that this has just become one of my favourite ever books. ...more
