What Members Thought
I like Dawkins, tone aside I think he is brilliant and knows how to present his material. The selfish gene is very well presented to be sure, but perhaps at least in my mind not as good as his "greatest show on earth" which had a more enjoyable feel. This was still a wonderful read, I was especially interested in the Prisoners Dilemma set up. I thought that was well integrated into the work and a very interesting experiment. After 2 times read this one, I still rated it 3.5 stars (don't know why??)
Dawkins the founding father of "Meme" terminology and definitely has great writing skills with simple analogy and word plays.
Talking about genes and genetics..any biology students should read this one for sure :)
Make it like text book would be great :D ...more
