88432 I just got an arc of Yellowface by R.F. Kuang .

I know it would work for 3, but I'm not sure what else. I know we have lots of yellow cards. Maybe it'll work for one of them.

88432 It looks like we still need a couple of reverse cards for March. If it helps to rearrange things, I've read One by One by Ruth Ware. I think Elen read it this month, too.

88432 Edited to fix phone typos and add color percentages. :)
I can read these:
The Witches' Tree (Agatha Raisin #28) by M.C. Beaton The Dead Ringer (Agatha Raisin #29) by M.C. Beaton

The Dead Ringer (57% red) works for red 3 or 4.
The Witches' Tree (63% blue) works for blue 2 (wild draw 4).

88432 Hi Lexi- I'm done with my color card. Just need to get to a laptop to do updates.

Thank you!"

I didn't read this one! 😊

I just finished A Half-Baked Murder. It's set in California, but the author is Australian. That works, right? I'll add it and someone can remove if it doesn't work.

88432 I did a lot of reading this weekend. Just need to find the time to document it here.

88432 I'm going to try really hard not to finish this until tomorrow, but it is SO GOOD. I recommend it if you like thrillers. (It's from NetGalley, but available this summer)

None of This Is True by Lisa Jewell

88432 Ohhh. That is helpful. So, if I am reading a book where a woman goes from dressing in head to toe denim almost every day for ten years to buying a whole new wardrobe and adding more color, that might work for the chameleon?

Oh gosh, it's ok. I literally looked at my next 10-20 books (purchases, holds, etc). They're purple, Bluish green, pinkish-orange, 25 different colors...lol.

I can add the mottled black/yellow if you think it works. Those books are usually one-day reads for me.

88432 Ok. I'm kind of striking out with the mini so far. Maybe something will come to me as a connection while I'm reading.

I finished my blue skip last night, but it looks like maybe we don't need that one anymore. I'm sure it'll work somewhere else, I just don't feel like I'm being super helpful this month!

88432 What do we think of this for gold, reddish-brown?
Latte Trouble (Coffeehouse Mystery, #3) by Cleo Coyle

Or this one for black, yellow?
The 17th Suspect (Women's Murder Club, #17) by James Patterson

I think they may both be ____&_____ instead of one of the colors(?)

88432 It looks like we don't need me to read this anymore, right? It looks like all the WD4 are claimed?

Thanks for the review! I'll add it to my list.

88432 I can take the WD4. I'll either do red skip and add it to the spreadsheet.

It looks like Open and Shut (Andy Carpenter, #1) by David Rosenfelt will work for green 3 if we need it. I just don't want to claim too many cards...but most of my books are short and I've started two of them, so I think I can read them if necessary.
Feb 25, 2023 06:10PM

88432 I also have this on my Kindle. Again, I'll wait until others have had a chance to look, but if we need it this would be a quick read.

The Christmas Pact (red skip)

So I'll just be on stand by for this red book and the two green ones above. I'm happy to read them, but don't need to if others have them covered.

88432 I've been going through the color shelves to see what I had or could easily get that might work.

I don't need to claim any more color cards if others haven't had a chance to look yet. If we end up needing them, I found two green books that could be WD4. I haven't looked at red and yellow shelves yet.

The green ones I found are:
Small Things Like These (green skip)

Open and Shut (green 9)
