Hi guys, we're doing great! Main challenge is finished and we've completed a few hands on the mini challenge too. To update you as to where we've at and what we need here's a list of what we need:

Becky Bloomwood:
I've assigned Tina's 'May' to cover the S
Only card left to fill is the K and then that hand is finished

Buttercup:
Once Caly has finished 'Pegasus' that hand is finished

Harry Dresden:
Read a book with an important character is younger than 15

Heathcliff:
Read a book with a garden on the cover
Read a book with an 8 & 0 in the page count

Liesel Meminger:
I should finish my book today so that hand will be finished

Mercy Thompson:
Once Tina has finished June that hand will be finished

Dragana is reading 'The secret' for the 5th-15th century card

It can be plural, as long as the meaning of the word stays the same

Read a book with a U

Next most important are:

Read a book with over 500 000 ratings
Read a book with an important character is younger than 15
Read a book that contains the word egg in the text or title
Read a book based in Washington, D.C
Read a book where the characters dance
Read a book based during the 5th - 15th century
Read a book with pots or pans on the cover
Read a book where a character is a cook or a chef

I've got one that would fit the grey cover so I'll read that next and that will finish off the Liesel hand

We've pretty much finished the main challenge so don't need to worry about that now.

We're still all over the place on the mini challenge so we're not picking up the extra points that we really need to make up for all the 0 points we got with the Draw 2 cards.

We will get more points if we read the following:

All the rest are Wilds or wild draw 4's so we should be able to cover them anyway

For the mini challenge we're a bit all over the place. We'll get more points if we stick to the challenges that only need 3 books read, otherwise we're reading a lot of extra books that aren't going to get us the bonus points. The spreadsheet is up to date so can we try and read books that will fit the nearly finished hands.

Thanks Marie for the answers to the April mini challenge- I've sent them off. There's still the spot the difference if anyone can do that.

I've put everything on the spreadsheet that we need to do for the mini challenge. We're going to get more points if we work on the cards together- so for example Tina's book will fit the Monday card for Team Ove. If we can read the other two books for team Ove then we get extra points.

I'd like to start plotting what people are reading for the mini challenge to ensure we get maximum points so you can you please let me know what you could read and we'll see how they all fit together.
