Update; the second Series of Unfortunate Events book meets the word count, which means they all will because they progressively get longer lol. I cant think of a single library that doesnt have them that Ive been in!

Also mikayla, i think this was mentioned but I would definitely read the rest of the Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket; theyre great and they have lots of awesome vocab;, those books were a great start for reading more when I was just getting into it. Not sure on word count but we can always check.

You guys have mentioned a lot of yellow and red so Im not super worried lol. I just dont want to put anybody down for a lot of stuff at the beginning in case someone doesn't get to something. I would HIGHLY recommend The One and Only Ivan! My sister read it with me and we both really enjoyed it :) definitely a tear jerking

Book outlet and thriftbooks are my favorites!! Thriftbooks especially for academic stuff; I dont have any independent stores around here :/ Books a million has great deals on classics too

I have a kindle for books I can get cheap but for the most part I get such great deals on physical books that I cant give them up.
