88432 Thanks team for the great reading this challenge! Hope you all had some fun (I did 😊). See you next year!

Thank you! Could you also add in My Fiance's Dad. I didn't see that one. But I did see The Bet With My Brother's Best Friend in your Uno shelf - could you add this one to the tracking sheet? Thanks!!

88432 Alright, ladies - we're at the home stretch! We have about 15 mini prompts left to be claimed and 30 regular cards to fill (not including the color cards). It'll be a sprint to the end, but we can get there! We also have 16 Pixie books to use, so it's not that overwhelming of a sprint 😅

Ariel , could you please add Endless Evil and My Fiance's Dad to your Uno shelf?

And Kelly , it looks like the dates for A closed and common orbit and My midlife crisis, my rules don't align with the read dates on your Uno shelf. Could you double check that?

I've got tomorrow through the 30th off of work, so I have quite a few reads lined up, including a few quick audiobooks under 5 hours. I'm also hoping to finally finish this one book I've been reading and maybe squeezing another physical read in.

Good luck all! We're almost at the end of this year's Uno!

Figured as much, but worth checking :)

88432 Just did a sheet update, and I have a few edits to request. Looking good so far!

Kelly, could you add Whose Midlife Crisis Is It Anyway to your read and uno shelves, please? Also, for the 1 Blue book A Stargazing Summer, could you add a reason for why it fits the 1 card?

Ariel, could you add Endless Evil to your read and uno selves, please?

We still have a few color cards open to be claimed. So if anyone has any they can use, especially yellow covers, please add them in. I think I'll be able to add in Princess and the Player before the end of the month, so that could cover one of the yellow cards. And I'm reading the below arc that I don't think is fully red, but would love to hear if you all disagree!

88432 Always exciting when that happens! I was struggling with this one book, but it finally picked up, so it no longer feels like a chore 😁

I also can't believe we're more than halfway through the month! It's gone by so quickly.

Ha! No worries, I copied them over to the April sheet, so just add in the details when you can.

88432 The April mini has been posted! Our last one! I've also added a new sheet to our tracking sheet for us to start claiming prompts. We're only a couple of hours away, so we'll be able to start adding our reads there.

Take a look and let us know if you have any questions. Crazy to think we only have a couple of weeks left in the challenge!

88432 Hi team! Just doing a check-in to see how everyone is doing and how your reading is going. I was about to finish a book earlier but remembered that the mini will be starting soon, so I'm saving the last chapter for next week.

88432 Great job, everyone! I'm excited to start planning for April!

88432 Kelly, you’re totally crushing it this month! Thanks for getting to so many prompts!

I found a novella that works for one of the WD4s and the alternate history prompt in the mini. It’s only 115 pages, so I’ll be wrapping that later today! I’m going to see if I can find another novella to squeeze in during my flight tomorrow.

88432 Alright ladies, doing a close-to-the-end-of-the-month check-in. We're looking pretty good so far! We have the mini prompts almost all filled up - take a look to see if there's anything else you can squeeze in there.

As for our regular cards, we still have a few more reads to go. For the color cards, we have 2 to be completed (I'm starting mine tomorrow!) and we have three WD4s to complete as well. For the normal cards, keep an eye out for anything that could fit for a 7 or 5 - we're looking good for those, but still have a few left.

For admin type fixes, Cris, could you add The City Baker's Guide to Country Living to your read and Uno shelves, please? And Ariel, could you see if you could update the edition of One For the Money to the one with the yellow cover?

And lastly, I'm going to be out of town starting on Wednesday through the end of the month. I'm going on a cruise, so I'll be doing plenty of reading! But won't be online till I'm back on April 1st.
Mar 20, 2025 08:07PM

88432 Ariel, it looks like the edition of One for the Money on your Uno shelf isn't the one with the yellow cover. Could you update that when you get a chance? I'm not sure exactly how to do that, but hopefully it's not too much of a pain.
Mar 20, 2025 08:05PM

88432 Kelly, when you get a chance, could you add Wicked, Manor, and Murder to your Uno shelf? I also noticed you have The Towering Sky in the mini sheet, but I didn't see it on your Uno shelf (nor in the main tracking sheet). Could you update that one as well, please?

I ended up getting a library book that qualifies for 7 Green, so I moved what I already had there to 5 Green, so we're at least covered with that one. Still have Skip and 6 Green left (plus the 4 WD4s 😅).

This is a great question. My gut is saying no, since these new ones are being categorized as part of the series. But let me check with the captains and confirm.

Thanks, Jess! Glad you found a 7! I’m going to take a look at the sheet later today and see how we’re looking. I finished two yesterday and have 15 pages left on another I was holding off on to count for the mini. I feel like I’m back in my stride after my slow start to March!

Awesome. Thanks, Kelly! Fingers crossed it does work for 5 - those are almost as hard as the 7s!

Great! "Lottie" won't work for one of the cards, but maybe there's another character that fits 5, 6, 7, 8, or Skip (so many green cards this month!).
