88432 Oh that's great Laura. Those colour cards and duplicates are the trickiest to get.

88432 Another Aussie. Hi, Vanessa. No Sydney-Melbourne rivalry here, LOL.

88432 Yep, I'll read it then (it's no struggle) and it can be put wherever it fits.

88432 Laura's got yellow 2 so that solves the problem above.

88432 Hi Sara, you sound like a busy lady. Welcome.

Karen, another thing I should know... but have forgotten. Can two different readers use the same book for different tasks? If so, Kindred in Death (In Death, #29) by J.D. Robb works for Yellow 2 (Characters Troy Trueheart and Trina and 8 (Eve Dallas) so Beth and I can both read it to knock out two tasks?

88432 You can take it Beth, I've still got another yellow and a green to do. Share the colours love, I say.

I love the In Death series also, I'm pacing myself, I read about 5 or 6 a year. Still got a couple of years to catch up to the latest release.

88432 Great Karen. Raring to go...

Quick Question - When reading a historical romance can "England" be used as a setting? Or does it have to be a specific place?

88432 Lisa Checking In.

Hi everyone, this is my fourth year of Uno.. and I'm busily checking what book covers I've got to match the colour cards already. Loving the mystery characters theme too.

I also live in Sydney, Aus, married Mum of 3 and Nanna of 4. And will read just about anything to fit a challenge.

Looking forward to catching up with previous team mates and meeting new ones.

PS - Thanks for the tip, Karen! The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie (Flavia de Luce, #1) by Alan Bradley is perfect for 1 Green - 1st book in the series. Found my first read for Uno.

88432 Fours hours, Karen! We all really appreciate you taking time out of your busy life to put this together. It's one of the best Challenges on Goodreads!

88432 Me too, Suzanne.

Under the "I should know this but"... As long we start a weighty tome after the challenge starts we can use it anytime we finish it? I'm wanting to read Fall of Giants (The Century Trilogy, #1) by Ken Follett and it might take me a while.

88432 Looks like we have a great mix of newbies and veterans for UNO this year. Can't wait for the fun to begin.

88432 Woo hoo. It's UNO time!!

📕 Lisa - Aussie Girl
📕 Uno 16,17,18... and actually was on the winning team last year, the pinnacle of my Goodreads Challenges in 6 years!
📕 See Above
📕 Used to be romance but these days read anything
📕 The Last Widow (Will Trent, #9) by Karin Slaughter The Savior anything by Susan Fanetti or Lauren Gilley

88432 I finished it recently too. Enjoyed reading about all those myths and legends I first read about in childhood. Definitely well researched and crafted the second half of the book was more engaging and the ending was especially true to the Circe, the main character and her journey.

88432 Love UNO and it was so exciting as it was the first time I've been on a winning team in any group after 8 years on Goodreads! We had an absolutely awesome team so thanks everyone.

And a big shout out to all those Mods, Captains and Co-Captains who do all the work to make it so much fun for us players.

See you all next year.

88432 I'm so excited!!! That's the first time I've been on a winning team on Goodreads. What a great team we had too. Thanks everyone for such a great three months. And thanks to our awesome Captain Karen and the co-captains.

And yes, now I'm going over to sign up for the Tower Teams. Hope to see you all over there.

88432 Wow, I love challenges regardless but it would be nice to be in a winning team. The closest I've come before is about third.

Are we just about done reading?

88432 Finished my last book for UNO 32. With SKY in the title. Slayer's Kiss (The Shadow Slayers, #1) by Cassi Carver and it was a bit of a dud but at least it's off my kindle after three years.

Sad that UNO is over for another year, it's been fun playing with you all.
