Thanks everyone. Hope your migraine is feeling better Karen , they are so debilitating.

It was me who had the "honour" of reading
, not Laura. Seeing I struggled through it for another challenge guess I might as well get the credit, hee hee.

Finished:
Shelf and s/spread

Going great everyone.
Sorry I haven't been able to read at my usual challenge pace as my Mother In law (aged 89) is staying with us in between bouts in hospital as she is really unwell. As well as the usual caring duties for my son it's been hectic to say the least.

For Mini Challenge - There is a maid in the story - Poppy Bridgerton has a maid who has to lie for her when she is "kidnapped" by the hero.
S/sheet and shelf added.
Vanessa wrote: "The book I'm currently reading (Unseen) can cover no. 5: Read a book tagged MPG mystery.
I could also read Lost Lake for no. 7: Read a book with an alliterative title."Vanessa, I LOVE those Will Trent books! And another new one is being published in August this year. YAY.

I'm going to read this for the "Q" and it also fits Blue 4 - Char Fox O'Dell.

Looks like the mystery category is well and truly covered. I’ll read for something else. Maybe the letter q. Any body got some “u”’s? I’ve exhausted my supply with previous challenges.

That’s interesting, Laura . I’ve got a friend whose son works in forestry for one of our State’s government. Most of his job is fire prevention and control of forests.
That would be great if you could tackle no 6. It looks to be the hardest task.
Longest series read for me would be Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. I’ve been reading that since the 90’s.

I think this one may have been missed
so I put it back on the spreadsheet. Ignore if it's somewhere but I couldn't see it in the hands spreadsheet.

I could also do a mystery as a back up.

I can read for the first task -
1. Read a book with a housekeeper, maid or servant in the story

Ooh, did you say mini challenge...
COMPLETION
Shelf and s/sheet

Karen, we're going to see the plays on a Thursday and Friday night. Then a free Saturday in Melbourne before flying home on Sunday. Going with my bestie of 45 years so there will be a few cocktails involved, LOL.

I live a couple of suburbs away from Karen and we had the intense rain as well. Some leaks have sprung up in the corners of our roof so it's buckets and towels when we have those kind of downpours.
I'm getting excited because on the last day of February I am going down to Melbourne to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I had to wait in a virtual queue for 2 hours to get the tickets.

Not sure if this was okayed for yellow cover?

Haha, Karen. It's amazing what we read in challenges.
