Isn't it great when things work out that way!

BTW - Great quotes. :)

Ya, I have a shelf titles "to-read'mine" that is an exclusive shelf. In fact, if you look at my "to-read" or "want-to-read" (the garden variety) it has no books on it as I don't use that shelf at all. I think I have about 10 exclusive shelves, lol. Overkill, right? But I do have all of the books I own that are unread on one shelf. Not sure what would be good.....maybe have a mine shelf and then an upcoming reads shelf or something. I tell you, I drive myself crazy with this stuff, lol.

You sure can, Sophia. I will put you down for it. :)

Eon: Dragoneye Reborn by Alison Goodman. I liked it ok but didn't feel there was a strong GLBT plot..."
That is the way that mine was. It is a murder mystery, but three of the characters are gay, one of them just figuring it out, so that was why it was shelved as such.

I've just reserved Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore and People of the Book from the Library. I'll be doing well to get two books read for this month's she..."
But those are a good couple of books, Sophia. I recommend People of the Book really highly. It is one of my favorite books.

Page 263:
""Philippe, I'm not angry about what you did. I never have been. I was just hurt and confused. But not angry at you. I love you. Can you talk to me? Whatever it is, you can tell me.'
Matthew looked at his son and for the first time in almost a year he saw his sensitive, thoughtful, kind boy. Philippe looked at his father and longed to tell him. And he almost did. Almost. He stood at the cliff, his toes over the edge, and he looked into oblivion. His father was asking him to step over and trust that it would be all right. He would catch him, wouldn't let him fall. And to give Philippe credit, he considered it. Philippe yearned to close his eyes, take that step and fall into his father's arms.
But in the end he couldn't. Instead he turned his fact to the wall, put on his headphones back on, and retreated."

I think you need to say how many books you want to read Samantha"
I've just updated my post."
Thanks, Samantha

Probably not this weekend. I have two of them reserved, and I'm pacing myself. One from the month's shelf,..."
I am doing the same thing. One for review, one from a tower, one for a challenge, one group read. I love your "read, enjoy, repeat".

I think people are waiting to see how it goes, but 3 does not seem conservative to me, lol. I must be a slow reader.

Good job Bea. That is it in a nutshell. You have it!
And if your team all finishes their first book the fastest, you get to pick a theme for part of the next cycle.
