Mary, the idea behind FOUND is to read those newer books on your TBR. (LOST was for the oldest ones, FOUND is for the newest ones.)
In your case, September 4 is used to determine where "new starts" (March 4).
The only other caveat is that the book must have been published prior to (again, in your case) September 4. That means no ARCs or yet to be published books can be read for this game. Just books that you want to read, plan to read, but haven't read yet.

The date to use is 6 months back from September 4 (I.e., March 4) forward...no end date on adding....just be sure the book was published prior to Sept. 4

It had been a while since I had read the first book of the series, so it took me a bit of time to get up to speed on the back story. However, the author helps out a bit as the book progressed but her help was to late for me as I had sorta figured out who was who and what had happened by that point. She just confirmed my memory for me.
Feyre starts out as a bit of a meek, where-am-I, who-am-I, kinda woman. That was one of the reasons I had a hard time placing her. But, then it develops that she is a human heart in a faery body with powers she did not know she had. This is the story of her learning who she is...and how powerful she is.
The author allows her to fail and struggle as she grows into her new body and powers. By the end...she is most definitely a kick-ass heroine....and I am there wanting to be just like her.

Landed on P: Whitsundays, could I please have 3 picks from my shelf? Ta!"
Oh, have fun, Tien. I will be going on a smaller trip to try out my trailer. (Just 3 nights)
Selections to consider:
Victory of Eagles - I need to get back to this series. I did enjoy it alot but somehow it got lost in the ton of series that I read.
Women of the Dunes - I like the cover and title and added this one to my wishlist.
Big Cherry Holler - This book is set in the section of Virginia that I grew up in. Another book to add to my wishlist.
Thanks for letting me ramble about your shelves. :)
