For those of you still awaiting reviews from Nick, he has not forgotten you. He reports that he is busy fighting fires, and will likely not be done by the deadline as a result of that. But he says that he will be able to finish his reviews the weekend of the 31st. So a tiny bit past the deadline, but entirely understandable, IMO.
