58421 I take some books with me to work and I try to read a little bit before work (I drive there early to beat the traffic) and a little more during breaks and lunch. Then I read a little bit more before bed, sometimes while I'm watching a baseball or hockey game on TV. It adds up to about 2-3 hours per day, but not all at once. Spacing it out helps me focus - my mind wanders when I try to sit an read for long hours at a time.
