51477 So, In a Heartbeat (Heartbeat, #1) by Teodora Kostova turned out to be better than I originally expected, thankfully. Still nothing outstanding, but a decent read.

On to The Edge of the Earth by Christina Schwarz for blog review and Refugee (The Captive, #3) by Erica Stevens so I can be ready for Salvation (The Captive, #4) by Erica Stevens next month! So nervous after reading the blurb for Salvation, Refugee is going to be painful!!

Of course, if I get my freaking copy of Of Triton (Of Poseidon, #2) by Anna Banks today then those will have to wait a day! =)

Oh, just you wait, he does lots of talking and they have plenty of...moments that are quite memorable!! The shower scene is still one we all talk about...*sigh*

LMFAO, giiiirl, she rocks in this one!! I loved her so much more than in Consequences, I wanted to strangle her then!! Hope you love this one as much as I did!!!

Yeah, I read them pretty close together and I guess I just forgot how much I loved Of Poseidon after being a little disappointed in Lies Beneath. I read my review and it was like a lightbulb turning on! LOL But yes, I'm officially at the point where I've read too many books to keep them all straight, and I'm actually finally forgetting names from some of my favorites, which I swore would never happen!

Warner is the bad boy who just kind of came out of left field, so it was more the shock of how much we lust after him that caused all of the ruckus! LOL I can't speak for everyone, but I know my review of Shatter Me is ALL about Team Adam!! ;-)

Hey girl!! <3 Yep, they're intense and make your brain feel like muck long after! LOL

51477 I'm embarrassed to admit this to all of my bookaholics, but I just realized that I was mixing up Of Poseidon (Of Poseidon, #1) by Anna Banks with Lies Beneath (Lies Beneath, #1) by Anne Greenwood Brown !! Thankfully this was a very welcome revelation, because Lies Beneath was just okay IMO and I was just hoping the sequel would be better. Now I'm REALLY excited because I remember how awesome Of Poseidon was!! LMAO

Okay, I'm done sharing my "duh!" moment...*bangs head on wall*

Yeah, that's another one I'm anxious to start! I preordered the print copy on B&N, so thankfully I can still get some other books read until that comes in the mail and I chuck them all aside! =)

I'm still waiting on finishing this one, I'm nervous about bad reviews and my own uncertain feelings about these characters!! Definitely let us know what you think, I'm compiling opinions before I decide! LOL

51477 Finished Sunshine (Sunshine Series, #1) by Nikki Rae , and it was very disappointing. Both of the main characters were both physically and emotionally weak, so I struggled with liking either of them. Definitely different, but not for me.

On to In a Heartbeat (Heartbeat, #1) by Teodora Kostova , which doesn't look too promising with it's extremely choppy and under-developed storyline so far.

Yeah, I wasn't all that impressed and for a beach read you want something you won't get frustrated with! Definitely DON'T make Sunshine be on that list, it was a big disappointment for me. =(

I woke up to mine on my Nook, too. Yay!"

LOL So did I, after I'd already gotten it off of Netgalley and read it! Forgot I still had it on pre-order, oops!!

Yeah, SITD was the most brutal book I've ever read for sure! It's torture on the emotions in more ways than one, but once it lets up you'll be doing a happy dance! LOL

Yeah, and the epilogues just made it worse!! LOL Can't believe we have to wait until July, it's going to be a painful wait. I may beg for an ARC! =)

I didn't like book 2 all that much, it just got too repetitive for me. That's why I'm not AS willing to pay so much for an ebook, but if you love it I'll be more inclined! LOL How did you get it already, amazon still says preorder for mine??
May 26, 2013 10:38PM

51477 Got some reading done this weekend and finished Down London Road (On Dublin Street, #2) by Samantha Young which was good but didn't wow me like the first one, and The Other Fish in the Sea (Grab Your Pole, #2) by Jenn Cooksey which I LOVED and I'm now miserable waiting for the third book after that gut-punch ending!!! GAH!!

Going to attempt to get my mind off of it with Sunshine (Sunshine Series, #1) by Nikki Rae and The Edge of the Earth by Christina Schwarz .

Ugh, I just saw the $11 pre-order price for the ebook of this one!! I'm going to wait and see what everyone thinks before I grab it up, so I'm anxious to see your opinion on here babe!! =)
