Oh wow, thank you for reminding me about Liberator!! I've been itching to read this one.

Ha, sorry hun! ;-) I'm happy to have Annie back as my tag-team book pusher again, I've missed her. *sniff*

Yay! So glad you loved BBR! Happy to hear you liked MM, too, I think I'm just a loner on my dislike of that series! LOL

Awesome! Sounds like Tara Sivec's work then, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it, too. =)

I've still yet to read Wallbanger, need to use it for a comedy break soon. Glad you loved it!

It's got a very similar feel to BBR so it was like jumping from one incredible story with awesome characters right into another for me! You'll love Reese and Mason, they've both got such great personalities and I was LOL quite a few times!

God, I still need to get back to that, I feel so bad. David is a sweetheart and I feel like I've neglected his work!!

I was livid with it by the second book when I saw the direction it went. Heard awful things about the ending, sorry you had to suffer through the disappointment hun!

I have all of Samantha's, too, she's phenomenal. I'm going to start River Cast (The Tale of Lunarmorte, #2) by Samantha Young , the first one was great!

51477 Okay, so I always hate having back-to-back fabulous reads because then I sound like a broken record, but seriously you all MUST read Price of a Kiss by Linda Kage !! This would have totally flown under my radar if I hadn't picked it for a blog review, and I'm so glad I did!! Totally fell in love with both of the main characters, and it's so heart-wrenchingly sweet but ugh so full of sexual tension like you wouldn't believe...just read it!! =)

Also finished Come Alive (Experiment in Terror, #7) by Karina Halle , and hell that just about did me in so I need a good light read now!

Oh I've definitely heard of Charlie, and he's VERY sexy on Sons of Anarchy; I could see him pulling this off, he's got the chops for it. Dakota is just too plain IMO, although maybe that's why they picked her. I wanted Blake Lively!

LMAO, so true! And yes, it'd better be an EPIC happily ever after, and I'm really anxious because we've yet to see a series-ending for her. No telling how she'll handle the endings for these long-running series, so I'm excited but nervous about both Covenant and Lux.

Seriously Laura I was pissed every time I had to put my iPad down and actually get back to reality! LOL It's full of romance drama and there's incredible chemistry between Emerson and Jaxon to keep you hooked, plus the characters were all just completely lovable. Love stories where you just don't want to leave the characters behind, and this was one of those. Definitely bump it up the list, girl!

Same here! The cliffies are torture, but I just can't wait for the whole series to be done when it comes to hers!

I agree, it needed to end there. I don't think it was as bad as Opal in the punch to the gut, but more of a "OH holy green-eyed alien babies..." moment and then BAM the end. LOL Makes me so nervous about what's coming up in Opposition, she is going to make it a very painful leg of the journey, I have no doubt.
Aug 30, 2013 09:59PM

51477 Been crazy busy this week getting ready for school to start and bracing myself for our 4-birthday month, but thanks to no sleep I've gotten a lot of reading time in. =)

Origin (Lux, #4) by Jennifer L. Armentrout was awesome, and of course things are left hanging out there just enough to torture us until Opposition releases ages from now!!

Beautiful Broken Rules (Broken Series, #1) by Kimberly Lauren ...absolutely a top for 2013 for me, maybe even in my top 5 ever. LOVED this book and wish I could curl up and read it again...and again...

Now reading Come Alive (Experiment in Terror, #7) by Karina Halle for a break from contemps and to finally be caught up on the series, then I'm grabbing Price of a Kiss by Linda Kage , and Angelfire (Angelfire, #1) by Courtney Allison Moulton for Annie!!

You'll probably be like the rest of us and end up completely torn. Warner has all the markings of the ultimate sexy bad boy like I usually prefer, but I actually want her to end up with Adam...to quote the great Phoebe Buffay, "he's her lobster!" LOL
