51477 Finished Til Death (Fractured Souls #1) by Kate Evangelista today, it was good. Gave me the YA switch-up I needed, and it's definitely a great creepy world and likable characters. A little slow to develop, but I'm keeping this on my series to read lists just to see where things go!

I know, right?! I remember back when our lists were reasonable enough that when one of us raved over a book we all just went and grabbed it to read. Now the reaction is always "oh good, I'll add it to the list!" LOL

Yep, the third book is Scars and Songs (Mad World, #3) by Christine Zolendz and it's from his POV. I loved it because it was like getting to re-read (which I would love to do but never have time), but wasn't just a rehash. Glad you enjoyed it, too!

I loved Fall From Grace, I went straight to the sequel and pulled and all-nighter to get to the end. It's gotten mixed reactions in our crowd, but I loved that it was a sexy PNR with the emotions of a great contemporary romance. It's very unique in the genre.

Yep, I hear ya. I have three or four dystopian series that I started when we had dystopian reading challenge back in the day, and I was HOOKED on them for awhile then got sick of them. lol Now that I've read a million contemp romance and PNR books, they are more appealing. Enjoy diving into the series!

Oh yay hun!! I'm itching to read that one. Finally really getting into the meat of Ignite Me has my mind back on dystopians, and that series is calling me. =)

A girlfriend of mine is reading Transcendence right now, she's loving it. I'll be interested in seeing what you think when you're done, it sounds good.

I need to re-read Legend too, it's been so long I can't remember most of the plot!

51477 I finished Sanguis City (Sanguis City, #1) by Morgan Jane Mitchell and it didn't impress me, it was kind of all over the place and there were about 5 guys the heroine went back and forth between! On the flip side, I finished an ARC of Dwellers of Darkness (Darkness Series #3) by Stacey Marie Brown and Stacey wowed me yet again, this series just never lets me down. I know I've said it before, but fans of the Covenant series or JLA's style of writing in general should absolutely check out the Darkness series.

Now I'm kind of in a reading slump, I'm just not feeling any of the books on my list at the moment for some reason. Here's what I have up next:

Ignite Me (Shatter Me, #3) by Tahereh Mafi Yep, still working on it, I'm just not in a dystopian mood so it's taking me longer to get into it.
Forged by Fate (Bound by Hades #1) by Reese Monroe (not looking forward to this one, it has bad reviews but I have to do a blog review), then
Playing Pretend by Juliana Haygert Ashes to Ashes (Experiment in Terror, #8) by Karina Halle Wicked as They Come (Blud, #1) by Delilah S. Dawson and Charlie and the Latex Factory by Tessa Ditner .

Oh you MUST read Bad Things, I'm so addicted to everything Rebecca puts out it's sad! LOL And like Donna said, you'll NEED to go straight to Rock Bottom, which will absolutely rip your heart out but was so incredibly good!!

Sorry you didn't like it as much; it wasn't my fave of the series (Trey and Taryn will probably always hold that title), but I still loved it. Wished there was more action, true, and more time at the Phoenix pack compound.
