Thanks. I'm reading Frankenstein. ;)

Yup. I'm not doing a good job reading either... Minecraft is taking up a lot of time... I guess I'll read now...

If you posted it in another group I probably didn't see it. This is the only group I really look at anymore. I'm just reading messages and keeping track of books now...

Go Becca!!! :D
How's that for encouragement?

Did you finish the Hobbit? Read that first.

The first three Episodes of Star Wars have the worse plot ever. It makes absolutely
no sense.

You have great goals Sammy. That matters above you goals about succeeding in life, and that's a fact. :D

Yeah. Aragorn was a good strong character and willing to fulfill his destiny in the books, but the movie he was a little way too selfless.

Marika wrote: "Ok. But I'm too lazy."But you're not too lazy to read The Hunger Games and Harry Potter? I'm offended. :(

I thought you said you only read the first one?

Emily has read all of LOTR as well and Keti is working on it. It doesn't sound like she saw all the movies either. It looks like there are three or four "official" geeks commenting, but I know there are more.

Has anyone actually READ all of the LotR or Silmarillion?"YES!!!!!!! I love The Silmarillion! Most in the group have read all of LOTR.

But in The Lord of the Rings, he doesn't even start until the beginning of the Fellowship (only extended edition does it show that) and he gives his book to Frodo at Rivendell in the Fellowship of the Ring so I don't understand what Peter Jackson is thinking. He's gonna mess the whole thing up....

Well, yeah, but do you think we're gonna read that? Actually, I'm gonna read all the appendices this time rather than just the timeline and the family trees. It's probably different than in the movie. I think most of it is after they're married too, but they shouldn't have included in the movies.

You need to read all of The Hobbit. That just takes a day or two to read.

I need to read The Unfinished Tales.....
