Taking your advice, I just finished my second reading of this. It made a difference, much better the second time. Not going to be a favorite Wharton, but a solid read. Thanks!

40148 It is noticeable that nominations overall are not very active this month. I imagine people are squeezing in last minute vacations. Many are working on getting kids back in school. For whatever reason members are too busy to join in nominations this month.

My count indicates we have 7 nominations, while it would be nice to have more, 7 is a full poll amount. Please take a look at rule #5. One nomination, one second per member. I think it sets a bad precedent to offer a nomination and then offer (for inspiration) additional title suggestions.

It seems like stacking the deck in one individual's favor. So, in the interest of trying to stick to the rules I have deleted a comment that I feel is biased to one member's personal interest.
