Pamela(AllHoney) wrote: "Ah, Dhes, it was MY name he yelled!"No, I'm pretty sure he said Ruth.

I love this book! My favorite part is where Julian calls out my name during sex. Gets me all tingly just thinking about it.
Audio Gals has posted a sample of the audio book. We get to hear Iain, Morgan, Connor and Lord Wentworth's voices, as narrated by the incredibly sexy and talented Kaleo Griffith!!

Pamela(AllHoney) wrote: "Does reading PC books make you more interested in Colonial/Frontier history?"Absolutely! I love that she takes historical fact and makes it entertaining to read. And when I want to know more, which is often the case because of how fascinating and exciting PC makes it all, I google the information.

I'm appalled at you both! Selfish wenches!!
Pamela(AllHoney) wrote: "lol OFF WITH HER HEAD!!! hehe"Yeah, I'm onto you! With me out if the picture you can have Julian all to yourself, you shameless hussy!!

I was finally able to grab this for a re-read. I own it in the original print anthology.
I actually thought this was a fantastic story, and didn't feel like a "short" read at all. The humor was great and I LOVED the Scrabble game!
To answer your question, Pamela, I do think PC could take on a full length humorous CR novel and do a great job of it.

That's good to know. I loved the first in the Montogomery and Armstrong series. She's a great HR author.

I want to read that series!
