I am reading Lauren Willigs new book and really enjoying it. Although I am getting a little sick of historical flash back books--the new Beatriz Williams is also that format.

Rachel another wonderful thing about that book is now different Sebastian is than we think from previous books while still being totally consistent.

Rachel that one takes a while to get going. Having said that--it includes one of the most charming and selfless heroes, unexpectedly devoted moms ( and good moms for heroines are scarce on the ground), and fascinating and unusual plots (not to mention heroines) I have ever encountered. Stick with it...
The next one is due July 14....

My favorite of the series! Wonderful choice --gotta reread it.
I don't know a lot of good firefighter romances--there is one By Roberts and a few that are ok by Shalvis...

Ok Manda time for the big reveal!

I love Courtney Milan... Wait until the train scene. Possibly funniest scene ever.

Now that they downloaded correctly, the new Beatriz William and Dreamweaver by Ross. Next--the new Madeline Hunter and Lauren Willig.

Well I know I haven't read it and I definitely want to!

Actually I haven't Manda so I will try the Haunting of Maddy Clare. Thanks!

Turns out it's the books! The new Beatriz Williams and dreamweaver by Ross. So anyone considering downloading them from b and n might want to wait a week or two and try a sample first

Actually it's the nook app on my phone. The phone is new and two other books loaded fine. I will try these on my actual nook tonight to see if I have the the same problem and if not I'll try reloading on tbe phone--thanks!

Wow more good suggestions. Thanks!
I have a separate question. I just downloaded two new books on my Nook and discovered that while I can get the table of contents all the pages are blank. Anyone else ever seen this? How did you solve it?

Thanks everyone--I will try them all--my dad is in intensive care and I need distractions so please keep them coming!
I read In Want of a Wife. I am a huge Jo Goodman fan but this new series hasn't captured me the way some of her others did. It's very similar to the others in the series. I enjoyed it but wouldn't rave about it .

No problem Rachel. You would have to do if from a computer but it's not a big deal.

I am looking for a new author--I desperately need a distraction . Any suggestions would be very welcome!

Rachel can you replace your comment with a hint? The way this game plays, we can give hints to show we know it but not say the name. Or author. Then the poster tells what it is Tuesday. Thanks --and welcome!

This author does a nice job with kids.

Got this one! What i can't remember is whether we first encounter this book in an earlier related series....

I just read A Little Bit Pregnant by Susan Mallery. I really liked it. The heroine uses a wheel chair and while she has some realistic issues about being perceived differently the hero takes it in stride....

Well I had the author....
