This series is in my mind her first crack at the Boonsboro Inn series. I like it but I think the second one is better although I dislike the brand name stuff

Fall is tomorrow?!!
Well that settles what I will be reading.
Also the new Sherry Thomas and a new short by Lois McMasters Bujold.

I know the author and read the book--need to figure out tbe title. It's first in a series

Same here. And terrified.

I like everything Bliss has written, without exception.

I know this one. It's a one-off by an author who usually writes series

Grace Burrowes writes beautifully and her characters and how they interact are lovely but her early series ignore the social mores and behaviors so much that I felt they needed skating scores --one low one for technical merit and one high one for execution or whatever they call it. Things like chaperones were completely ignored. Also plotting is not her strength and she used to always have two separate bad guys when one would do.
Having said that...I do buy all her books. And either she or her editor has improved a lot. I still wouldn't call plotting her strength but she doesn't ignore social mores as much. (Her characters may, but it's a choice or a character feature whereas in her early books she was just oblivious.)

I haven't read it. I hope she gets her own back

Just realized that Sarina Bowes's Keepsake also came out...

Yes the Milan came out on Tuesday.

New Courtney Milan! Does happy dance ...

I definitely have not read this!

I really like Gibsons Any Man of Mine.

Oh yeah, I know this one. Lands you might want to take hero's name out in tbe second part--you have it twice.
Good choice!

Definitely haven't read this.

I liked the trouble with Mistletoe more than some of Shalvis' recent books. Realized i missed the first in the series so will go back to read it. But I really wish she would recognize that there are reasons other than fear of commitment that can be the challenges in getting to an HEA.
I will read the new Kaki Warner and A Most Extraordinary Pursuit by Juliana Gray. I had preordered it and it popped up in my nook--the same day B and N sent me a notice that it was no longer available for sale. Very strange.

I definitely don't recognize it either

I just finished the Balogh that was re released today--A Chance Encounter. While the plot was annoying (why didn't they just ask eachother why they had these confusions?) the characters were charming.
Now I am reading the new Tessa Dare, Do You Want To Start a Scandal?
