That’s a nice day, Carmen. This year was very different for us. My daughter who was going to have dinner at her house got sick at the beginning of the week. Another daughter had plans to go to her sister-in-law’s in the evening (after our early dinner), and my other daughter was stressed from a lot going on including the tires being slashed. I never get Thanksgiving with my sons. So we ended up all going our separate ways this year. Hubby & I ended up going to our son-in-law’s sister’s house too. It was different but nice all the same.

I don't know how to do all the fancy, cool things and post something special, but I want to say HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all of you around the world. I know it's a U.S. holiday but it's all about being thankful for our many blessings, so I hope that you all think about your many blessings today and hug your loved ones (if you're close by) or at least let them know you love them.

Update: They got the guys who did the damage to all the cars and houses plus they started 3 large fires on dairy farms. They are 18 & 19. I’m glad they caught them & so quickly!!

I didn’t think to look but I’m pretty sure it fits PRIDE & has contemporary tags.

Would you guys believe that the jerk who got my daughter’s tires hit a total of 15 houses/cars!!!! Slashed 3 cars’ tires at ONE house so those poor people got screwed. He Threw watermelons and other items into windshields, vandalized cars & homes. One car was hit while its owner was in McD so the cops are going to check their tapes. They have a description of the van & know it’s one guy but whoever caught him in the act scared him off so I guess there’s no real description of him. 😡😡😡 What is wrong with people??!!!!

Hey Carmen, I won't be able to post #2 book in the review thread properly until later tonight, but I'll post it in this thread that #2 is finished. Does that work? Reason why...JERKS in this world!!! My daughter got all four of her tires slashed last night and today is her daughter's birthday, so I'm heading out now to pick her up and run her where she needs to go. Haileybrook's party/dinner is at 3:30 so by time I get home it'll be around 6:00. That is 8 hours from now. I will have the book done for sure in a couple hours though, so is just posting in this thread the title of the book and #2 in series and that I am finished ok?

I’m done with book 1 but not home. I’ll read book 2 tomorrow so whoever posts book 3 has to wait until both 1 & 2 are finished. I think rule of thumb is you can finish up to 95%.

Plethora is down for book 3 as of now.

How are we keeping track of the series books? Do we just put our finished books in the Review thread or are you adding a SS or another place to add them?

I'm sorry to hear about your migraines! I can't concentrate with a regular headache, let alone a migraine! Hope it gets better, especially through the holidays.

I also am going to be gone this week, but only Friday through Sunday for my granddaughter's baby shower. Busy, busy time of year!

Okie dokie, I won't finish both today because we're going to watch the 49ers play tonight at my daughter's house, but I can finish up book #1 right away. I can finish book 2 tomorrow unless that's too long of a wait and someone else wants to do book 2.
