Since I retired, I've traveled a lot! Cabo is great and it's the #1 safest place in Mexico for visitors. We brought our 21 year old granddaughter last year and one of her girlfriends. They LOVED it!

Here are my plans as of now while in Cabo and reading books that fit for other challenges too:
Finishing today (cover purple) 384 pgs.
(green cover, Sin Bingo, read by Jammin Jenny) will read tonight/tomorrow 224 pgs.
reading tomorrow and/or Tuesday (genre - contemporary) 342 pgs.

Do we get bonus points for a buddy read? Because I just started my book awhile ago & then ate and I’m only on Ch. 11 if you want to BR it.

OH, I had no idea! I have borrowed a lot! So the availability is based in part on how many books and I've borrowed and maybe for how long, etc. I didn't know that. But I must say that between Libby, Scribd, Kindle Unlimited, and my public library, I usually get what I want fairly quickly. LOL Not always!

The operative word being "yet!" We have quite a few resorts in Australia that we could go to because we are owners of Worldmark so our time share allows us to go all over the world, which is why we've been to Mexico (3 times), Florida, Oregon, Montana (Yellowstone Nat'l Park), Hawaii (3 islands so far) and 5 trips, and other places. Once with my sister, once I took one of my daughters, and 3 times with the hubby. The issue is that I'm retired but my husband isn't. My daughters all work, my son is a pastor and has very little time off. My other son is not employed with regular work, and I don't like going alone. I could go with anyone though and we'd have rooms. So no one would have to pay a penny to go anywhere with me other than food and air. I'd definitely meet 1, 2, 3 people from GR and our resorts are NICE. This one has from 4.5 - 4.8 star ratings, depending on where you look. If I knew how to add a photo pic, I would! I hear that the winter months here are the best time to go to Australia. I'd love to meet some of our Aussie friends too!

ended up stopping to add my books for Lava. LOL The overlap and my not having regular internet and my own computer with my books etc. saved is not helping. I should have canceled Cabo. LOL

I was able to get a sample on Scribd and it has 95 minutes, I think. It says ch. 1-6 but Idk if those are the regular chapters or not. But I'm going to at least start with everyone else. LOL

Jenny, I’m going to read Lock Every Door and the author’s name is Riley Sager. I’ll definitely finish it so if we have AS Or IS or OR etc. I have the R & S. Depending on what my husband & I do later today I can probably read another one or two if we have 12 hours? Lol

Definitely but I just don’t understand why unless they release it in certain parts of the world/country at different times.

Trinia, know what’s weird? I cannot get Gideon on Scribd because it isn’t available until October 19. I would think that we would have access at the same time unless you have a subscription.
