Now I have a new book and tv show series to check out 😆

It ended up taking me a long time to read this and I basically read it in three chunks - 80 pages on a plane 6 weeks ago, 50 pages at the beach ten day..."
I loved this book! And I’m reading the third one now. He does such great characters

Not with the writing. Just with William and Wallerand. Maybe it is just due to the sheer size of the book, but I get so agitated when baddies just keep getting away with stuff. lol.
I've moved away from the audio and to the physical book as for some reason it doesn't feel quite so bad when I read their passages rather than hearing the audio. There is something much more personal about listening to it somehow :oa

No you can’t split a book across rounds.

The answer to your questions are probably best answered by looking at the descriptions of each category. Where it says "e.g."
Such as:
sandwiches items which would be suitable on a sandwich (for example: bread, butter, lettuce, tomato, ham, chicken, salami, cheese, carrot, cucumber, salt, pepper, beetroot or beets, gherkins or pickles, peanut butter, jam or jelly, vegemite, mustard, honey, pastrami, devon, egg, bacon)
They are just examples. You can use your own interpretation - there are a few similar questions/answers in the FAQ at the start of this thread.
Where the description states actual words and not examples. For instance:
◈ tea(tea, milk, sugar, water, cream)
they are the only words you can use.
In terms of your context questions, they are all referring to the actual item so are fine.
Drinks:
Champagne, wine, liqueur, beer (generic term or a specific brand/type) so just "drinks" won't work.
Even though they are at a bar you don't know what they are drinking

Karen cannot play this round.
Can you please remove Karen from our group?
I hope Karen plays again sometime!"
No problems. Can you post your team name please :)

I had some chunksters plus the Pillars of the Earth BR.
But I'm going to get stuck into one of my NetGalley books this week so I can have progress in september!

All I can say is, if you're struggling to deal with him as a character, don't bother adding [bookcover:The Gap Into Conflict: The Real Story|42..."
haha thanks for the tip

I suppose if you were making a double ham sandwich that would work.
Think about what the item would be at the end and how you “sell” it. So using two lots of butter probably wouldn’t make sense. But two lots of cheese for an “extra cheesy” sandwich is conceivable

If we can do spell-it-out, how do we differentiate it from regular Curry?"
You can do either. If spelling it out just keep in mind the ingredients - so it is a chicken curry with spices. For example
Spelling out “curry” would be the normal curry whereas “Fijian” would work for this curry or you could spell out a spice associated with a Fijian curry. Don’t overthink it too much, and be imaginative 👍
