Beautiful winters day today. Went cycling with the kids and hung out in the sun while we made pit stops at playgrounds for the kids.
Meant to have a night around the fire pit with family but one of the cousins has hand foot and mouth so instead we are staying in and watching the football.
Probably more of the same tomorrow!

If possible, let's fill these tasks with 100-399 page books as we have already completed those categories. The other categories we still need to fill the base tower this month. For extra points for those bigger books though, you can choose one with a lovely coloured cover!
6. Read a booker award winner (Louise)
32. Read a book set in, or by an author from China (Beth)
33. Read a book set in, or by an author from Malaysia (Amy the book-bat)
41. Read a book set in, or by an author from South Korea (Nistha)
53. Reading Tasks! Read a book set in a school / college / university (Tati)
54. Read a book that won the Women's Prize for Fiction (Amy the book-bat)
55. Read a book where the author name starts with X (Louise or Vicki)
59. Read a book featuring pirates (or privateers) (Vicki)
57. Read a book with mathematical symbols on the cover
61. Read a book with a theft
Rainbows
We have completed 9 which is awesome!
I have noticed books marked as read where the colour of the cover wasn't noted on the spreadsheet. Remember, we can keep doing these the whole challenge :)
We have another 5 underway - blue and black seem to be the easiest to get, so other colours are appreciated!
Spell it out
The only letters not included here are Q and Z. I've added a table with formulas to the tracking sheet so you can see how many of each letter are required v completed.

:(
Always hard to know whether to push on or not!

Just a reminder that we have only read 10/30 of our 400-499 page books, so if you have any in that page range or larger it is a good time to get started :)

I can start later today as I’m almost done with my other book

27. Read a book with an ordinal number in the title (e.g. The 5th Wave, Second Foundation)
I also found an existing book in our read pile that had an X in the author name (task 17) so we got another new task (perhaps more difficult this time!!)
28. Read a book where a character name starts with X
Rainbows
