35559 Morning team!
I’m now halfway through my holiday and about half the group is leaving today which is a bit sad, but there are still 4 families including us here. We’ve been to a few beaches and also a toboggan park which the kids loved (and I even gave it a go 😂). Today we are checking out an aviation museum and tomorrow a sting Ray/shark place where you can swim, feed and touch the rays and sharks which should be great.

We’ve also finished our first spell it out of synthesizer- exciting! Although would have been easier if we used the UK spelling as synthesiser (S is so much easier to find) 😂😂
Hope you are all having a great week

The default is a paperback and not large print, so yes you would still use that page count. I can also check the ISBN to make sure that is correct and that it isn’t a special edition with additional material etc.

Edit - I have updated page count based on Amazon and world cat data to 384 pages

35559 I finished
Any Ordinary Day by Leigh Sales
Which isn’t a great book for this challenge as only counts for S but it was a really lovely optimistic book about how people move through trauma

I found the kindle edition on Amazon and created an alternative cover edition which you can use on your shelf here:

35559 Currently reading
Any Ordinary Day by Leigh Sales 244 pages

Song: next up Amazon has given me "Out of my mind" by little image.

This book is all about people who have experienced tragedy on "ordinary days" and how they could have easily gone "out of their minds" but found resilience, courage and hope

35559 Welcome!!

Not long now until we start. I’m just trying to finish Magic Triumphs (Kate Daniels, #10) by Ilona Andrews today but we are leaving to go on holidays for a week today- just a two hour drive up the coast. I’ll still be around but it is a family holiday with 27 of us which includes 13 children ranging in age from 6 months to 11 years 😬 so I may be a tad busy

I enjoyed them but I have to say it was after reading some of the city watch books.
I decided to make my way through each sub series but it’s already been a few years since I decided to do that 😂

I watched the first few seasons… very different from the books but I was able to enjoy it. But it did get to a point of just… stupid
The actors portraying Eric and Alcide I thought were well cast 😊🤭😬😁

Sorry! It is one of those annoying GR things - if you have an author profile, they actually give you two profiles. Then when we use our formulas with your author profile number & name it goes wacky ;)
So I've found your user profile (3226935-elisabeth-rose) and now linked that. For future challenges when you sign up if you are able to write that number down then we will never link you incorrectly again ;)

I’m currently reading Magic Triumphs (Kate Daniels, #10) by Ilona Andrews which is two authors using one pen name (yes as a mod I get to decide that this works 😂🤭)
And listening to “I gotta feeling” by Black Eyed Peas

I have a feeling there is going to be a while lotta fighting in this book! 😊🤣

My kids love those books - they are excited for the latest one.!
We’ve also seen some stage versions which are quite fun and silly 😝
