35559 If you see a book with a cover that is over 50% one color - that would be good. Our flower garden can have many of the same color of flowers.

35559 Excellent work folks! We finished another round :)

We are in 7th place - not bad! It looks like teams are gaining many points off of the minis. Maybe we can focus on that this time around - I know I had a few books that didn't really make it for any of the minis.

35559 I had to remove a few books too :( I just got my regular amount finished this week. I think that last one will go unfinished - no worries!

I did move Blood of Liscor down a bit.

Excellent!

35559 @Christine - We can't use What Lies in the Woods for the 2 Os and an H because the 2 O's and the H have to be in one word.

😢😢😢😢😢

That's kinda a hard one now that I think of it.

35559 Bobbi, do you think we can move 1984 up to the W for the character's first name - Winston Smith?
Nov 06, 2024 04:56PM

35559 We have 2 days and 19 hours or so to finish this round word. We can still plow through the minis - those last until the end of the challenge and don't need to be finished at the end of a round.

35559 I'm currently reading The Dispossessed: An Ambiguous Utopia (It just took me 4 times to spell that word...) I have to get this world building down - I'm not quite there yet.

I'm almost finished with my office read - The Best of Everything - which is very much *me too* but in the late 1950s. Kind of an interesting read, but rather disheartening.

I'm going to need a comedy next week...

The gods of the wheels have spun! Our word for Round 3 is:

35559 Hello all!
Just picking away at the spreadsheet.
@Bobbi - I linked yourGhost of Halloween to the spreadheet from the one on your shelf. However, it doesn't fit the page number on the spreadsheet.
Also, could you put Second Rite by Geneva Lee on your shelf, please?

@ Brittany, could you put Imposter Syndrome on your shelf?

Oh my! That is really affecting you!! I have not read it - but I definitely know what you mean. I wonder if you can skim some of the more grizzly parts?

Thanks for seeing that!

Listing them here is good. It's always tough to know what foods are going to be in different books.

I'd go with fig for now.

35559 Yes! You can use the yellow as a flower. You can use any colors - we haven't been assigned any.

The only restriction is that we will need one green and one brown to fill out the garden.
Perfect.

Embrace the Fire (Through Hell and Back, #3) by Felice Stevens

If so, it also contains "coffee table." If not, it's got the word broccoli."

Most definitely.

35559 I think you can start reading it whenever- as long as it’s after the start of the wheels challenge itself :)
