Kitten ✔

(view spoiler)[This is an actual kitten brought home by my brother many years ago. Poor thing was heard mewing pitifully in a deep and open drain, one wet night after a light shower. Bro surmised that the kitten fell into the drain and was crying for his family to come get him. Bro waited a safe distance away for 30 mins and didn't see any cat coming for him so he climbed in to get it out. Poor thing has been abandoned. Couldn't leave the blue-eyed kitten alone in the cold so he took him in.

Kitten was clumsy and has an awkward gait, like its limbs were too long. I named him Panther so he would grow up strong and limber. Even gave him some training lessons with obstacles to jump across and some prep talks while trying to wipe the dried-up tear tracks from his face. Didn't get to keep him for long because some of my family were too afraid of kittens and black ones are considered especially unlucky. Had to give it away to a distant relative. Last I saw, he grew up to be really panther-like. *snicker
He has yellow eyes, a slender body, long limbs and love to observe people from high places. (hide spoiler)]

Bought a sad-looking black kitten. Gonna train it to become a panther!

Training costs 4 books with fish on the cover or in the title fed to the kitten one book a week for 4 weeks. (Books may be spaced out at longer intervals but must be at least a week between books.)

Santa is struggling this year. After all the disruption in the Lexicon Kingdom over the last few years his elves haven't been able to make all the books needed as presents. Queen Skye thinks that some of her heroes might be able to help him finish the books and wrap them ready to give to the children of Lexicon Kingdom at the Christmas party at the Theatre.
