I usually ask Steven for a second opinion... we could do an entire season of The Steven and Sonia show with our cover discussions.

Yeah, it looks brown... but I'm no Mr Karen, he's the colour expert.

Oooohhhh... the current short story of my never ending anthology has a U character. I might switch to a shorter book and leave it for round #3.

I have these on my TBR for a while. Sure, none is orange BUT it's a U series :D

I have some U's I can read. Too bad we didn't got LGBT and white colours, because Cut&Run would knock off all the bonuses, plus 4 U's

If that works as our portuguese dos Prazeres ou de Noronha, the people named like that take an issue if we don't use the "van"... it's like Da Vinci in Leonardo.

So I'd say the van counts.

But again, that's my take in things according to our naming.

Halloween for us in Portugal is a somehow recent thing. It wouldn't be as much, if the kids didn't use the opportunity for another dress up.

Now, there's the thing, we already had carnaval. Where there would be batman, cowboys, indians, cops, princesses, fairies and riding red hoods playing around.

So, naturally, halloween is reserved for scary stuff. And pumpkins. But mostly vampires, ghouls, blood and spider webs all around us.

That been said, I was doing my niece's makeup for her to go to school and thinking that I needed Eni to take some full body pictures to show Jenny.

We complimented the ensemble with some stitching on the face and a blood splatted soft giraffe plushie (Cause my bear was too big for an accessory)

I almost hit her eye while doing her hair, and when she complained I said with a neutral voice "that's okay hon, you're just a toy"... I swear the look she gave me was so creepy perfect I think it's going to haunt my dreams.

I started a Patricia Briggs book yesterday - I am so happy. I love the Alpha and Omega series, and this one has been on my list for quite a while.

But, since I'm listening to it, I decided to grab a KU naughty Daddy anthology, for those reading times when I'm just not into a particular reading mood. It's a 800 page one, so, it'll be ready when it's ready.

I was pleasantly surprise with story one. It was cute. It was best described as a postcard romance movies with some sweet Daddy/Little moments. Story two, was as hot and fast as I was expecting when picking up a book like that, but it has a nice "storyline". The third was just terrible, Well. Not terribly written. It was that futuristic/alternative facilities/punishment type of stories. Not really my cup of kinky tea. I'm going to keep reading just for morbid curiosity of what future stories can be.

They do. But they also are worth more points when we participate in the discussion (aka answer at least 3 days of questions) so it ends up balancing. a 160 page BOM book ends up being worth 16+ 20 = 360 pages regular book.

I'm currently reading Priest and then will move onto The Princess, the Prick & the Priest. Then will probably try to find a longer book to read along the shorter ones already claimed for round #2
