35559 Good Morning!

Nice job!!!

Wheels doesn't require a book review for it to count... Although, we're nosy if you write one :D

35559 Yeah, captain tetris is fun!!!

I'm pretty sure that word will need to be changed, since one of the books can be used for O. Perhaps. I have a thing for tricky letters :D

Doooo ittt.

I confess I only read it because it was a BOM, it was such a nice surprise. I really enjoyed the story and loved the interlude bits in between chapters.

35559 I'll start with the golden retriever book... I like puzzles and mysteries :D

And then go on from there.

Have I told you lately that I love you?

*hugs*

35559 Thanks!!!

I almost want to dive into the Cabinet of Curiosities just to see Steven loose it ... a series he wanted me to read but I waited till another recommended it... yes... it would be glorious.. If only I could forget the darn rat scene....

35559 I'm not usually this picky, but I have been in a weird mood lately... I have a few reserved under the belt, like The Others series - great books, but just a bit under the 500 pages mark. And I wanted to try something bigger... well, maybe not Game of Thrones big, but a little more than 500 pages.

35559 I liked Locke Namora. It had a Oliver Twist meets Leverage feeling. And I might not like classics much, but I adooore Leverage.

35559 Jenny love, I need you!

Actually, I need your vast knowledge of books.

What I want.. An O book, with 600+ pages, with a nice narrator for me to listen to.

I know... some options over there, BUT, I have some restrictions like, no Stephen King, no classics, no Time Travel and no Sci-fi. I don't like epic fantasy or historical that much, but, when the narrator is good, I can look over it.

(And yes, I do realize that Outlander would be perfect, but I don't care how good Jamie on a kilt sounds like, that is Claire's cup of tea, not mine).

Thanks Laura!

I have on the edge on my list, I'm buddy reading it with Claire from Tock on another group.

I totally forgot about Owen from Elemental Assassin... I keep wanting to go back to that series - only read first 3 books.

I added all suggestions to my ever growing TBR.

Outlander does sound like a good candidate to have on the breakdown during work, if not for the pesky detail of time travel... decisions decisions.

35559 Outlander would fit the back in time theme... which would be perfect, if I liked time travel books. LOL. If going that route, I rather go Mr. King's route with 11/22/63... uhmmm, lemme check audible samples.

35559 I'm good. Trying to find a longer "O" book that can be listened to, without wanting to poke my eyes out.

It hasn't been a productive search so far. The Other Boleyan Girl is winning at the moment, BUT, historicals is something I like to watch, not read.

Darn UF authors and his preferences to 400 page books.

*grumbles*

Any suggestions?

Good Morning Team!!!

How was the weekend?

Don't forget to add your read books to your challenge shelf to make the book checking easier on the captains.

Sure, we can peruse the read shelf, bbbbbuuuuuutttt it needs a couple more steps and it's just easier if it's tagged.

Thank you!!!

And have a nice week!
