35559 Guess what?

Last Ty & Zane book has a defenestration scene.

I guess I really am THE DEFENESTRATOR... even my favorite characters know how to behave.

35559 I'm not overdoing it. I just don't sleep right. Therefore, I'm always tired.

Brain simply refuses to shut down. So, I don't have troubles falling asleep because I'm always tired, but sleep is not peaceful.. or continuous.

35559 Can you interpret Cat's answer for me, please?

I swear my English is turning worse since I joined the international project.

Either that, or I am tired

35559 But.. as Cat reminded, is a connection. So, for example, Long Live the Pumpkin Queen Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas by Shea Ernshaw , could be used, because in the movie, Sally throws herself from a window aka self defenestrates.

35559 Ok, just in case the mods don't agree with my fabulous and unbeatable logic, I found a KU that seems interesting:

Defenestration by Matthew W. McFarland

Yes, on goodreads it has exactly 100 pages, but amazon says it's 112, so, I'm counting it.

35559 LOL

Well, maybe set in Prague would be better

I actually has a Defenestration book I wanted to read. Lemme check.

Although, since I am the defenestrator, so any book I read should work, right? :D

Oh yeah. That one is really good.

35559 Okay, so, Lise is Julian's restaurant manager... And yeah, she takes care of all the admin stuff.

Luckily, she also features for a bit on Julien, not as much as in Robbie or Priest, but since the task is "with someone who works in an admin role", I'm counting it.

35559 I think we can use Julien for that. Any of the Temptation books could be used too, but since I'm 85% done with Julien, no need to move books around. Lemme just check Lise's "official title" and that one will be mine too.

35559 A little help to the over tired non english native... what is "admin role?" administrative? Like a Secretary? Or do a bar manager apply better?

35559 Yeah. Let's hope I like it. I found the synopsis appealing, so there's that.

35559 Okay, so, since I usually re-read AJ Sherwood books a lot, I had to check the dates... And turns out that Jon's Crazy Head-Boppin' Mystery, has all of the letters in MATHS (jon's crAzy Head-boppin' MySTery) and last time I re-read it was in 2021 - which I totally thing it's outrageous and needs to be fixed right now.

(or at the end of the working day, because I'm really SWAMPED today)

Anywoo, at 200 pages, is a quick read. So. That one is mine :D

35559 Of course not. But one of them has a gargoyle on the cover. I doubt it will be necessary but I'll add to the info anyway

35559 Nope. It's Forever Midnight, so it's missing both the A and the S. The other one is called Ramsey. Too bad we can't mash both books *pouts*

35559 Lemme check one of the books that releases today to see if it matches 121. It's called Midnight something... so.. maybe?
