Yes! I'm going in two weeks and so looking forward to it. Had a few anxious moments with the covid outbreak but so far so good. Really excited for the walk around the Rock and the scenic flight over it. We booked the Sounds of Silence dinner as well.

35559 I've been to Greece once in 2016 on a cruise. I'll never forget sailing through the Aegean, how blue the sky was and how sparkly the water. We visited Lesbos, Mykonos, Athens and Delphi. Sailing through the Corinth Canal was amazing. Hoping one day to visit again.

35559 Greetings Cat and thanks for joining us.

We are just about to finish this Itinerary with a Stop 8 so if you want to read any book that would be great.

Here's the link to our Team Spreadsheet, if you want to go back and fill in the spots for stops 4,5 & 6 you can as well or leave it, totally up to you. You can either do the detours or Read Any Book. 😊

So do we want to try and finish both Stops 7 and 8 by the 30th June, it's the end of the Financial Year in Australia, so seems a good time to complete. And start a new Itinerary fresh in July?

35559 Now reading Never Look Back (Criminal Profiler #5) by Mary Burton . Could the four circles on the cover be used for geometric shapes?

35559 Archangel's Sun (Guild Hunter, #13) by Nalini Singh . Finished 3 stars on shelf and s/sheet.

35559 So Jenny, did you reach out to Cat?

As we are approaching the end of another Itinerary is everyone else good to go another trip?

35559 Yikes, I forgot you were in Melbourne too Paulette. Thinking of you guys, it's tough. And it could spread anywhere, any State, anytime...So we are definitely all in this together.

35559 Thanks so much Tina. I'm booked to go to Uluru on the 16th so am hoping that can go ahead. But in the scheme of what's going on in the world I'll be disappointed if I have to postpone but it's no biggie. I've got my kindle all loaded with the shortish books I've got for the challenge so should be able to finish quite a few on the flights.

35559 At least the lockdown is being productive for you Tina. Really hope they get it under control and you'll be back to some sort of normal soon.

35559 Finished The Diabolical Bones by Bella Ellis and on shelf and s/sheet.

For anyone who loves the Bronte Sisters this is a great historical mystery series featuring the sisters (and Bramwell tagging along) solving crimes and giving them inspiration for their work.

Karen, I think you'd really love this series. I was a bit skeptical to begin with when I read the first one but it really is a lovely homage and beautifully researched.

35559 Here's the exact wording of the detour, Sally.
Read a book shelved (listed on the first page of the "top shelves" of the book) as 2005 - plurals and minor spelling variations are acceptable.

So go to the top shelves and if there is a category 2005 you're good to go. I have a few books on my TBR published in 2005 but they weren't shelved that way. A bit tricky.

35559 I actually have a book for Brazil.. either that or spell it out.

35559 Finished a quickie Pickpocket's Apprentice (John Pickett Mysteries, #0.5) by Sheri Cobb South which I used for the chess piece in Bingo - as the MC is taught chess and a lot is made of him being super good at it.
