I smiled when you mentioned your 15 year friend anniversary, it's the first time I've seen someone else mention a friend anniversary. My bestie and I are coming up to our 50th friend anniversary, I think we're going to try and do a Christmas Markets cruise in Europe to celebrate. Have the best time away.

Ooh, I was in Oslo 5-8th.. took the airport train and then the train from Oslo to Bergen. The trains were smooth.. not so much the seas, (on the Havila ferry to Kirkenes) but coming from a temperate climate the snow was pretty thrilling. My next train adventure will be the shinkansen in Japan. Looking forward to that.

Lisa from Australia here. I've done lots of challenges and there is nothing I like better than hunting for a book with an obscure task attached.

I'm a Mum of 3, Nanna to 6 and small business operator (dairy farm) and apart from our family and reading my other passion is travel. Just back from Norway and later in the year.. Japan.

I know the feeling.. I have had to be a bit more discerning/ruthless in what I keep now. Been slowly going through my books and culling.. either to fundraisers/donations or to the local library.
