I will for sure have my current book finished. It's War Brides by Helen Bryan with main characters Alice Osbourne and Evangaline Fontaine. So letters O, B, W, E. I know one of the ladies eventually marries a guy with a C last name, so that should work too. Also has the term "cobweb" in the text if that still gets us anything.

So the gif with the Bill Clinton starting with B totally made my day

I’ve got One Potion in the Grave that covers one of those many Os and has potion in the title. And I’ll end up reading the book that comes before it in the series, A Potion to Die For first. They seem cute.
