35559 Well now I want popsicles too. Grape ones.
Not hot here, just rainy and humid.

KU is the best $10 I spend a month. Especially since more and more books are coming with the audiobook. And they are great recordings.

I didn’t think anyone was saying that. I was just amused by how often I seem to end up inflating comment numbers :D

Me too!, But right now I'm swamped at work so I don't get a chance to reply. But I go through and read everything on my phone. If the app offered a reply option to posts, it would make group talk soooo much easier.
35559 I’ll be joining in on this. And, if I can submit a request for DQs for The Color Purple Team, add me. I know it’s only one DQ writer per team, but didn’t know if multiple members could be added to the drawing.

35559 The Daisy Jones and the Six audio book is on SCRIBD. If you’ve never tried that, the first 30 days are free. It’s where I found my super long Nazi killing shifter book.

35559 I usually read a few books at a time. So, I have my 600+ page shifter book, which is an ebook. During my commute to work/lunch/anytime I am left alone at work I try to fit in a Kindle Unlimited book, so I can jump back and forth between the ebook and audio. Is there a specific letter I should look for? I'll try to go for 400+ page books.

Hmmm, were you in the HP Towers challenge? I was in (and am still a proud member of) Ravenclaw

35559 I can do The Wolf's Hour by Robert R. McCammon. It’s 600+ pages, shifter, and works for M (MC first name, author surname) and R (author first name)

35559 Figured I had some books in series I’ve started that would work for shifter, but the shifters must all come at the beginning of the series. Seems a lot of shifter book covers include visible male nipples :oP

35559 Hi everyone! I'm Megan. I live in Indianapolis, which is also in the currently hot and humid temperate zone. I can't remember when I last walked my dog without mud involved.
I am an engineer in the aerospace industry. I'm a workaholic, but I love what I do, so it works. When I'm not working, I try to get to the dog park (with or without mud) with my boxer, Brady, as often as possible. Reading comes in between those and a lot of times during.
I am open to reading anything. I love reading challenges, because I need direction when choosing my next book. I was in the Cuthroat and Wooble team challenges, and a few of the tower teams and wheel-a-thons over the years.
Everything I've read since 2013 has been logged and sorted in Excel. My TBR list is there as well. I may have programmed said spreadsheet to sort by everything from author's first name to cover color percentage with TinyEye.

35559 Never received a message with my challenge spreadsheet link. I thought the challenge was over capacity or had been canceled. Guess I should log in and browse the website every once in a while, instead of relying on the app.
