35559 Looking at my TBR for this challenge really made me realize how off my sense of time is! I can't believe how long ago I added books that I would still really like to read. I think I'll be focusing on my 2010-2012 additions since that gives a good range of options.

35559 This challenge is perfect! I just finished up a big clean up of my TBR and found that a lot of the books I added way back in 2010 still made the cut for things I really want to read.

Since quite a few are series or by the same author, I'm making a goal of reading at least 5 of the 17 books from my 2010 TBR.

AH! Such a stroke of luck, you just reminded me that I need to place a request on Between the World and Me. That's one that I'll never be able to see on shelf. There's already a line up of 40 at my library for it.

Yay! I think seasonal reading is always the best and I'm really looking forward to reading everything I've picked up from this trip. I'm hoping that these books will help me get out of this inexplicable reading slump I've been in.

35559 I've got some real gems here! I mean, Book Girl and the Suicidal Mime?!

The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce Perfect Chemistry (Perfect Chemistry, #1) by Simone Elkeles Me and Earl and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews Book Girl and the Suicidal Mime by Mizuki Nomura Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong by Prudence Shen

Really though, I'm looking forward to December so I can finally break my Let it Snow curse. Every year I plan to read Let it Snow for Christmas and every damn time the book disappears only to be found in January. For real, its been three years running! I will break the curse!

35559 For me the The Secret World of Og was read to me by my second grade teacher and completely stole my heart. Also, The Amazing Days of Abby Hayes series (Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining). They used to sell them at the grocery store and I just had to check if there was a new one every single time my mom took me shopping.

I've been wondering which book I should start up first! Agnes and the Hitman will have to be my next read. I've been looking forward to it for a while now.

35559 I got this bunch after my first real trip to my new library. I had gotten so use to seeing the same-old, same-old at my last library that it was just so interesting to explore and find new stuff. Hardly anything was familiar. I'll probably end up doubling my to-read list by the end of the month just from new finds. :D

The Haul:
OCD, the Dude, and Me by Lauren Roedy Vaughn Let's Pretend This Never Happened A Mostly True Memoir by Jenny Lawson The Fine Art of Truth or Dare by Melissa Jensen Agnes and the Hitman by Jennifer Crusie

Of all the retellings I haven't seen a lot about Peter Pan, which has me excited to check them all out. Do you have any favourite derivatives of the story?
