Part Three (P.243 to end)

1. How are we feeling so far? I know at this point, I was 100% invested in this story and totally annoyed that I had little to no answers thus far. How about you? Do you love the mystery? Is it driving you nutty? Have you thrown the book?

I am not the fan of this book at all. I love mysteries/thrillers, but this one was slow and little bit annoying. I liked that you had to suspect everyone and all the info wasn't given already or in the middle, but this book has issues.

2. Mark. Mark. Mark. Personally, I hated him the first moment he was mentioned. He just struck me as phony. Now, that you've really had a chance to get the full brunt of his story- how do you feel about him? Innocent bystander, that was sucked in? Man in love/lust? Or did he deserve all the things that come his way?

I didn't like him from the beginning when he was mentioned, so I think he deserved what he got. I know, I know that this is pretty typical that the student has a crush on a teacher, but he should be professional and not take it as an invitation or anything.

3. Let's talk Robbie Cannon for a moment. Jules has quite the revelation in this part of the book. Did you feel it was needed for the story?

Yes. This part of the story gave us the pre-story of sisters relationship and why she was so miserable whole childhood.

4. This book, much like Girl on the Train has a whole mess of fantastic female characters. Did you have a favorite? (Team Lena here! )

In this kind of books, I usually don't have a favorite, but if I have to choose then Jules.

5. Erin seems to be completely blindsided by the twists and turns of this case. If this was you, would you continue to be a police officer/detective or run for the hills?

I would, but I would rethink all my actions and what should have done (research etc.)

6. And now, the biggest question of all, did you see that ending coming? I was 100% shocked and am still recovering even two weeks after finishing this book.

I was and wasn't. In the beginning, I suspected someone another, but at the middle/end I did think that that was him.

I really liked it, it was interesting, creepy, but a little bit rushed. Now, I have to read full book asap :)

PART TWO - Day 3 & 4

1. Mark found the bracelet that Nel was wearing in Helen’s desk. Did Helen have something to do with Nel’s death or at least knows what happened?

We should suspect everyone, but I don't think she is somehow involved, but everything is possible.

2. Lena is angry that the officers are not asking the correct questions. Why isn’t she willing to tell them what they need to know? Why does Lena refuse to betray Katie? What is Josh and Lena hiding? Is it fair for Lena to force Josh keeping the secret?

Teenagers don't trust anyone, they have their own presumptions for everything and what to ask etc. Katie and Lena were best friends and secrets die with them, so they bond was very strong. I think they know why she did it or some dirty secret, maybe.

3. I am curious about Patrick. It seems there’s more to him than just an old man with lapses of memory. He tells Helen that he never moved because he has work to do. What work does is that?

He is just one old creepy man. I don't really think that he forgets everything so quickly as everyone thinks he does.

4. So, we find out that Patrick’s wife was Nicki’s sister. I am curious of the secrets that she knows, especially since it seems like she does have a real gift with ghosts. It seems no one takes her seriously. Will the officers listen/believe her?

No, they never took her seriously and won't. You can't change people minds if it was like that a long long time. I think he knows something, but after Patric made her "insane" for people no one will believe her.

5. Jules is dealing with issues of her past now that she is home. Is that skewing her views when she saw Robbie at Nel’s funeral? Also, with finding the letter LS on the mirror, do you think it is a ghost or Lena messing with Jules?

I think they are messing with her. She was so distant that she is no one for her or for people in this town. Her childhood was really miserable, so I understand her why she didn't want to come back.

But I think it would be better if Steven will update the Tasks and Characters as he has already his system how to do it and how Mods are thinking :)

Don't want to sound as a**hole, but if Eni nor Sonia are going to read aka have time to read bc of the life, do we have any chance to get some reserve to our team (we are a little bit behind of other teams - I did some spy work and most of them are (almost) finished with 3*3*4 tasks). :P

BK 2 has still some tasks that are open to being taken/claimed.

The third book should be BK 4 or 5.
