Perfect works for me! I always fly through Courtney Summers books and I did want to get through some of my older books on my shelves.

I have tons of options:

I have access to all of these either from library or some I own.

I actually have more, but these are the ones I’m more interested in reading. I’m sure some of them are not great for making a new word but I wasn’t sure so I put them all in lol

I’m also happy to wait for the next one if someone else wants to read the one they have or if one of the others fits better to make it easier for the other team to have options.

I’m home now and searching my books real quick

I’ll look for some too when I get home. I’m driving now.

Ok perfect! I’m proctoring a test today at work so I’ll have opportunities to check in throughout today even at work 😃

I also have had crazy work with overtime and missing the battle picks—we had so many with ‘one’ for a minute I thought that was the requirement 🤣

I’ll try to check in more since things are slowing down a bit at work and I get to leave early today and tomorrow since I’m working four hours Saturday. Or are we done with the battle picks now?

Also thank you to whoever moved Honey to round 3 for me. My first one finished for this round 😃

I’m not sure if I’ll finish any more books before the deadline but I’ll try my best. I am reading a longer physical book The Emperor's Blades,so it depends how sucked in a get and how much time to read I have.

My audiobook is on the spreadsheet already and I hope to finish that because I can listen while I’m cleaning which I need motivation to do this weekend…

I can have a backup for MPG thriller, I’ve finished one and reading one now.

My books are all now added to the spreadsheet but links will need to wait since I’m doing this from my phone. I should get a chance to update those later this week when I have computer access 😃

Is there a place with the dates for the different rounds?
I see on the spreadsheet there are countdowns, but I can’t find the actual dates anywhere and wanted to put them in my calendar, and also to know which books I finished can be posted based on my finish dates in case any were from last round that I missed and can’t post now…

I’ve searched the spreadsheets and the early posts in the thread but I could just be overlooking it and it’s posted somewhere obvious lol

Thank you so much for the kind words. I can’t even explain the weight lifted and how that feels. I have new respect for anyone who has to go through this going forward for sure.

Also, I have completed a few books and added them to my shelves but need to figure out what all they work for still which I should be able to do maybe tomorrow or Thursday after work, but definitely by Friday when I’m off work.

Hey team— found out I get to keep my job!! The ones who were let go have been chosen, and it was done fairly based on performance which is good. However, it’s still sad to think of anyone having to lose their job that way and it was sad to see some of them deal with it and to say goodbye to anyone. They were nice enough to let them come say goodbye to everyone before leaving at least.

Anyway, I should be able to get back to focusing on reading and the challenges instead of being preoccupied with so much stress. So that part I’m glad about!

My books are added to the shelf, I had tried to do a batch edit from my phone the other day but I no guess it didn’t work. They should be there now.

Long Lost was finished 6/13/24 and shows on GR for me but I’m not sure why it wouldn’t show for y’all. I always mark books read right when I finished them.

I’m currently not able to get into Google sheets on my phone and work was too busy Saturday for me to try on a computer.

I am having my friend at work try to see what’s wrong with my phone app today at work in hopes it will be active again!
But I may move to posting completions in the thread temporarily if that’s okay since I can do that easier at this point.

Let me know if there’s more that’s wrong.

I am sorry to have dropped the ball a bit lately, my work is cutting 3 of 23 supervisors due to over staffing and that’s my role so my main focus has been work and we’ve all been very stressed with the not knowing and also trying to maintain doing our jobs well and supporting our teams as they also worry which of us will have to go. It’s been a month now with them telling us nothing else, not even when we will know or if we’ll need to leave immediately, etc. Reading has been a great escape but free time for GR and the spreadsheet has been limited. We should know by the end of June and hopefully I will still have my job and things calm down slightly.

Oh gotcha, I was trying to find dates/countdowns in the beginning of the thread—that explains since I never look at that spreadsheet since I can’t use it 🤣

When exactly does this round end? I struggle to remember when it's mid month to mid month instead of beginning of month to end of month, so my brain loses track lol

I finished Nightwatching the other day, it doesn’t fit available mini prompts but I will figure out what all it works for in our main options and add it to the spreadsheet

Cool thanks, glad I was in the right place.

I struggle to add the link because I don’t always have computer access (Google Sheets and my work computer don’t play nice) and it’s complicated/I always forget the steps on how to do that from my phone.
But I am able to come back sporadically and update to the links later when I do have computer access if that works, it just won’t always be a link at the time I add my book.
