Sorry I haven’t read as much last round, I’ve been sick and down for the count. Not covid, but still a bad cold that has me rundown. I’m still not feeling great, but can tell I’m starting to come out on the other side—so hopefully I can read some today while I force myself to relax. Thank you all! I hope this coming week is less draining for sure. I’m looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving, the home cooked food and time with family and friends is one of my favorite things.
And of course some good reading time ahead when I’m off work the few days after :-)

I struggled this past week or so, we’ve had mandatory OT at work and it’s drained me completely! With the thanksgiving holiday coming up work is trying to get ahead. We’ve got more on Monday and Tuesday, but then I have a half day and took some PTO so my thanksgiving off days will be 6 days in a row!

I’m hoping my readying will pick up with that time off

@Cynthia, I loved The Nightingale too!! It was really long but I flew through it and couldn’t stop wanting to read it at all times. I’ve heard good things about The Great Alone too.

If this counts as Orange, it’s also historical fiction. I don’t know if I’ll be able to fit it in but I’ll try. Also in case anyone else is looking for one. Kristin Hannah books are almost always really good at least in my opinion…
