With my ninth Netgalley book this month I have finally gotten the elusive 80% badge!

I'm definitely moving in the wrong direction for February. I've already reviewed 6 Netgalley books this month, but I've also added 10.

And I'm at 78%, so I'm so close to the 80% badge. I have no work or plans for the next 4 days, so I'm hoping to get a bunch read and get over that hurdle. Plus I have no requests pending at the moment, so no unexpected books to surprise me and knock my ratio down.

I got to 11 Netgalley books last month, so I'd love to have another month like that but I'm going to aim for 6 or 7 Netgalley books in Feb since it's a shorter month.

I came so close to hitting 80% this month, only one book away. I'm very happy with how this month went though as despite adding 9 books, I managed to read 11 so my total shelf count still went down.

I got a widget for that one too. Since it doesn't come out until July, I think I'm going to wait a bit before accepting it since I won't have time for it anytime soon.

Widgets will be the death of my feedback ratio. I've been doing ok at not requesting too many books (who am I kidding, I've been doing terribly), but I have two widgets I haven't accepted yet and I feel like I'm just delaying the inevitable since I want to read them both.

Well I'm certainly going on the wrong direction this month. It's only the 3rd and I've already been approved for 3 books.

I did ok this month despite not hitting my ultimate year end goal of 80%.

Overall, I ended this month with the same number of books, but I'm happy with my progress. I went through my older books and tried a couple of chapters of each book and then removed any that I didn't end up liking. Plus one book I finished and just need to write my review for which will make for a good start in December.

I'm not going to be connecting any of mine as I don't think Netgalley should be able to post on my behalf, plus I don't agree with some of the permissions it asks for on some of the sites.

The biggest downside of them adding the Social Accounts section is that I can no longer list my Goodreads profile as my primary site. They removed it when they added the Social Accounts section and the site doesn't let me re-add it, but instead tells me to connect via the Social Accounts. Really annoying considering I only review on GR.

I had a successful month in that I reviewed more books than I added. I'm slowly inching my way to that elusive 80%, which I hope to hit by the end of the year. Only 13% to go!

I did ok this month, my number went down at least. I was out of town for a week and didn't get any reading done, which did put me a bit behind on what I'd planned to read.
